Jobwhee ("we", "us") runs jobwhee.com, a marketplace where people in Greece post local jobs and local professionals offer to do them. For the personal data described in this policy, we are the data controller.

02What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit jobwhee.com or use your account, why we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It applies to clients, professionals and visitors who have no account.
03Data you give us
- Account: first and last name, email address, password (we only keep a scrambled version), and the language you use the site in. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google profile photo.
- Profile: photo, title and introduction, video link, languages, skills, work experience and portfolio pictures, city and postal code.
- Billing and tax: if you need invoices or receipts, your ΑΦΜ, legal name, company details, tax office, billing address and invoice email. We check a ΑΦΜ against the AADE public registry and the EU VIES service.
- Jobs and work: jobs you post (title, description, budget, skills, postal code, attached files), proposals, offers, invitations, contracts and milestones.
- Messages: messages and files you send to other users, and messages and evidence you send in a dispute.
- Reviews and reports: reviews you write, and reports you send us. When you report a problem, we also receive technical details about your browser and, only if you tick the box, a copy of the related messages.
